and decommissioning • Ensure deployment readiness and rollback plans are prepared • Investigate and resolve environment outages promptly • Maintain documentation of configuration and compliance standards

Requirements: • 8-15 years managing enterprise environments • Strong expertise in Release Management and DevOps • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce landscapes • Leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams • Bachelor's degree in a related field
