The Human Resource Department is committed to aligning workforce strategies with Huawei's vision, driving sustainable growth and organizational effectiveness.About the job:Drive the design and execution of HR initiatives, including talent management (orientation, performance Management, training, recent hire onboarding), employee engagement, and organizational developmentProvide support to managers on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, HR regulations and policies, and performance issuesOversee the management and progress of local recruitment initiatives and RecruitersAssist with the development and administration of programs, procedures and guidelines to support Corporate HR and Business prioritiesAdministers HR policies procedures and programs in service of the HR teamConducts data analysis for the business to support the implementation of human resource programs processes and services aligned to talent, performance and compensation, organization design, assessments and talent planningProvides advice and counsel to managers and employees on all performance related issues,



including identifying key talent, organizational planning, recognition and rewards, attendance/performance issues, performance improvement and terminations, employee relations issues, and corporate people movementtotal target annual compensation for this position ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 depending on education, experience and demonstrated expertise.About the ideal candidate:Bachelors' Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management or Business.
