What you’ll bring (Required) 5-7+ years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, business analytics, finance, treasury analytics, or related roles. Strong experience in data analytics, management insight generation, and financial reporting Advanced technical skills in SAS, SQL, Power BI, with the ability to pull, manipulate, and analyze large datasets. Experience building reports, dashboards, or business analysis that supports decision‑making Good understanding of business and financial concepts, ideally in banking or financial services Strong communication skills and the ability to explain findings in a simple, business‑friendly way A can‑do attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn new systems, concepts, and business areas Strong business acumen and a practical problem‑solving mindset Nice to have (Assets) Experience working with FTP, treasury, liquidity, funding, or portfolio analytics. Experience in pricing, product management, balance sheet analytics, or profitability reporting. Knowledge of banking products, financial reporting flows, and management reporting frameworks. Professional designation or progress toward one (e.G., CPA, CFA, MBA) is an asset. Experience with process automation, data visualization best practices, and report governance. and financial information into clear business insights, strategic recommendations, and better decisions. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, pricing strategy, and business performance, partnering closely with leaders across Pricing, Treasury, Finance, Product, and Technology to improve transparency, support profitability, and influence decision‑making. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capability with sound business judgment and financial acumen. They will lead the development of insights, reporting, and analytical tools that help the business understand performance, assess trade‑offs, identify opportunities, and make informed pricing and portfolio decisions. This is not a pure data production role – it is a business‑oriented role for someone who enjoys using analytics to solve commercial problems, shape strategy, and partner with senior stakeholders. Data analytics & reporting Pull, analyze, and interpret data from bank’s book-of-record systems and other enterprise data sources Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses related to financial performance, pricing, FTP, treasury, and portfolio trends Use tools such as SQL, SAS, Power BI, and etc. to support recurring and ad‑hoc business reporting Identify key trends, issues,



and opportunities in the data and communicate insights clearly Business and pricing analysis Support pricing decisions and business strategy through data‑driven analysis Help assess financial performance, margins, spreads, balances, and other business drivers Assist with scenario analysis, forecasting, and management reporting Turn complex data into clear business insights and recommendations Partnership & delivery Work closely with partners across Finance, Treasury, Pricing, Product, and Technology Understand business questions and develop practical analytics solutions Improve reporting processes, data quality, and overall transparency Take ownership of deliverables and contribute to a collaborative, fast‑paced team environment Salaire : $69,000.00 - $129,000.00 Type de rémunération : Salaire Ce qui précède représente la fourchette et le type de rémunération de BMO Groupe financier.
