Lead engaging recreational programs for children at Ridgewood Public School. Supervise and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for kids aged 4 to 12. We are seeking an After School Leader responsible for developing and implementing fun activities for youth. This role requires oversight of children and ensuring their well-being in a friendly atmosphere. Candidates must be available during after school hours, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recreational programs for children
- Supervise children in a secure and inclusive environment
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Foster positive interactions among children
- Maintain communication with parents and guardians Requirements:
- Must be 16+ years of age
- Criminal Reference Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening required
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR C certification needed
- Experience with children aged 4 to 12 years
- Willingness to learn HIGH FIVE Principles of Healthy Child Development Become a positive role model for kids and foster their development through engaging activities.
