Centre, we are searching for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians to join our dedicated team. This role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and tracking client progress using accurate data collection. You'll engage in natural setting teaching (NET) to enhance skill generalization, collaborating closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to tailor treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each child
- Collect and track data on client progress every session
- Collaborate with BCBAs to refine and adapt treatment plans
- Conduct natural environment teaching for skill generalization Requirements:
- Completion of at least 40 hours of RBT training
- Capability to pass the Competency Assessment with a BCBA
- Aspiration to obtain RBT certification from BACB
