About the RoleAs the Project Specialist - Creative Strategy, you support the coordination and execution of projects across the global Creative organization. You help bring structure, clarity, and momentum to creative initiatives by partnering closely with teams across Design, Advanced Concepts, Colour, Graphics and Footwear, Athletes Initiatives, and regional creative hubs, including North Vancouver, Portland, and Tokyo. In this role, you help teams stay aligned, ensure projects stay on track, and move ideas forward with excellence.This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.(3-4 days in office)ResponsibilitiesSupporting the coordination and execution of projects across the global Creative organizationMaintaining project trackers, timelines, meeting notes, action items, and status updates across multiple workstreamsCoordinating cross-functional meetings, workshops, and project check-ins across global teams and time zonesHelping drive communication and alignment across Design, Advanced Concepts, Footwear, Athlete Insights, and regional creative teamsSupporting the preparation of presentations, reports, leadership updates, and creative project documentationAssisting with the organization of design reviews, athlete insights sessions, creative offsites, and global meetingsBuilding and maintaining shared templates, project resources, calendars, and documentation across the Creative organizationTracking project progress, identifying risks or delays, and contributing to a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvementTravel as required – bi‑annually (academies, offsites, Squamish, mammoth, islands) – local, Canada/NAMFuture ProjectsServing as a liaison to multiple functions within the global organization, including teams across Creative, Development, Merchandising, Brand, Legal and Finance teams8–24 months of gaining confidence, experience and knowledge on how to self‑sustain, guide and facilitate projects internally across the global organizationQualificationsCompleted a post‑secondary degree in business,
