Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of new initiatives in real estate tech, leveraging emerging technologies.

Requirements

- CS/SE degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in web development (REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, queues, AuthZ, etc.)




- Familiar with *nix environments, source control.
- Mindful of privacy, security, and other non‑functional requirements.
- Autonomous, pragmatic and versatile.
- Willing to work in hybrid mode (Montréal).

What we look for

- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React.
- Experience with LLM APIs and RAG techniques.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience setting up DevOps tools.

Team tools you’ll be working with

Google Workspace, GitHub & CoPilot, Slack, Asana, Notion, Figma, Excalidraw.
