Serve as a Registered Nurse at Humber River Health, focusing on the Withdrawal Management Program. Engage in patient assessment, crisis management, and foster community connections in a cooperative setting. This part-time role emphasizes the need for skilled nursing in managing complex concurrent disorders.

You will provide individualized counseling, facilitate psychoeducational groups, and develop discharge plans in partnership with a multidisciplinary team. Your contributions will influence care quality and community health. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver assessments for patients with concurrent disorders
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions
- Support collaborative decision-making within the team
- Develop connections with community resources
- Provide supplemental nursing across Mental Health units Requirements:
- Licensed with CNO and current BCLS certification
- Required two years’ experience in Mental Health
- Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing preferred
- Knowledge of addictions treatment approaches
