Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients navigating the complex landscape of Canadian immigration processes. Your expertise will guide applicants through visa applications, work permits, permanent residency, and citizenship procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to clients on Canadian immigration options, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications accurately and efficiently in accordance with federal and provincial regulations.
- Stay current with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and optimal client outcomes.
- Maintain detailed case files and documentation for all client interactions and submissions.
- Communicate effectively with government agencies, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the application process.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client documents to verify authenticity and completeness before submission.
- Offer guidance on post-approval steps such as settlement services or work/study permits as needed.
Experience
- Valid registration as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
- Proven experience in managing a diverse portfolio of immigration cases from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedural requirements.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with an ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to stay updated on evolving immigration regulations through continuous learning.
