Take the lead in regulatory compliance with Shinhan Bank Canada as the Manager, Regulatory Compliance. Oversee compliance matters and ensure alignment with key regulations in this impactful role. As the Manager, Regulatory Compliance, you will report directly to the Director, Compliance.

This position demands expertise in handling laws such as OSFI Guidelines, PIPEDA, and the Bank Act. You’ll work on managing compliance frameworks, monitoring regulations, and assisting with risk assessments to foster a compliant banking workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and manage Ethidex updates across business units
- Monitor new regulations and conduct assessments for compliance
- Design policies for RCM, FCPF, and Privacy Compliance




- Assist in independent monitoring and testing of compliance frameworks
- Review and maintain records for high-risk contracts and agreements Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in finance, business, or law
- 5-10 years in compliance within financial services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven policy writing and auditing experience
- Certification as CIPP/C is a plus Elevate regulatory compliance standards at Shinhan Bank by leveraging your expertise in risk management and regulatory knowledge.
