Your experience will be critical for building processes that support a geographically distributed fleet of robotic systems. You will collaborate closely with various teams to define an effective operating model for maintenance and service functions, ensuring seamless execution and high system availability. Key Responsibilities:

- Build and train an internal reliability and maintenance engineering team
- Define and implement the RME strategy and maintenance philosophy




- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and escalate fault pathways
- Produce training documentation for customer RME teams
- Manage fleet performance metrics and reporting dashboards

Requirements:

- Engineering degree or relevant industry experience
- 5+ years in reliability or maintenance engineering
- Proven track record in service function scaling
- Experience with contractors and distributed service teams
- Strong communication skills across teams
