Wealthsimple is seeking a hands-on Team Lead for AML analytics to guide a growing team focused on monitoring fiat and cryptocurrency transactions. You will drive proactive improvements, oversee investigations, and ensure adherence to FATF, FINTRAC, and internal AML policies.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in AML/CTF with crypto AML experience, plus 1-2+ years in a leadership role. Excellent communication and a data-driven mindset are essential in a fast-paced, hybrid setting.
