This will involve performing manual tasks associated with assembly and testing of a new turboblower product. Duties/Responsibilities The following duties will be performed on a daily and as needed basis. Perform low-voltage electrical wiring and connections for sensors, thermocouples, control systems, and other electrical components. Install, wire, and troubleshoot industrial control panels while ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards. Identify and recommend improvements to electrical routing, installation, maintenance, reliability, and cost efficiency.



Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of microturbines, enclosures, and ancillary equipment. Modify, create, and maintain fixtures, assembly tooling, and shop equipment as required. Ensure shop tools are properly maintained, organized, and stored after use. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles. Perform rotor balancing activities and support related mechanical operations. Conduct part inspections using hand gauges and electronic measuring equipment to verify quality standards. Maintain accurate inventory organization and ensure efficient retrieval of parts and materials. Other duties as necessary. Required Skills/Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control panel layouts. Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuit separation, and crimping techniques. Proficiency with mechanical hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Ability to inspect components, verify tolerances, and support electromechanical assembly activities. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification) and basic Microsoft Office skills. Strong organizational, teamwork, and adaptability skills. DEP or DEC diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electromechanical Technician. Ability to perform physical work, work flexible schedule when required, travel occasionally (including to the U.S. with a valid passport), knowledge of welding, balancing equipment, electric motors, or pumps is considered an asset.
