This is a full-time position based in our Vacaville office but will require daily jobsite visits throughout Northern California. This is a full-time position.ResponsibilitiesLead crewsResponsible for implementing safety requirementsManage and lead the labor force, ensuring all responsibilities are being met. Monitor work performance and productivity to ensure procedures, safety requirements, etc. are maintainedEnsure that necessary materials and equipment are on site to support the schedule. Advise Project Manager of potential problems, work interferences, schedule difficulties, etc.; assist in avoiding and resolving such problemsResponsible for workmanship and conformity with drawings and specificationsAccountable for care and use of company fleet,



equipment and toolsComplete daily and weekly work progress and work schedule forecastsOversee and mentor crew on technical and managerial guidanceAssist Project Manager in ensuring high level of customer interaction and satisfaction with customer field points-of-contactProvide crews with information and correct resources necessary to complete their dutiesUnderstand the budget for specific project tasks and ensure that budget expectations are metResolve complaints and grievances within field workforce in a timely and proactive mannerCompensation and BenefitsCitadel Roofing and Solar offers a competitive compensation package.
