Position Summary...To assist in the leadership of Consumable Associates and department processes through partnership with the Consumables Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service and while ensuring task completion.What You'll DoProviding excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Consumables Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.Assesses the overall presentation of Consumable Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executes merchandising display changes where required.Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasksSupport with scheduling as neededAssign Associates to support with coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the storeParticipates in the training and development of the Consumable Associates,
