E-Comm is seeking two experienced People & Culture Business Partners to drive HR initiatives across Technology Services and Operations portfolios. In this senior-level role, you will partner with mid-level and senior leaders, delivering people strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Contributing to organizational change, workforce planning, and effective employee relations will be essential to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a strong understanding of assigned portfolio operations
• Partner with leaders on strategic people plans




• Contribute to HR strategies and initiatives
• Provide expert advice on workforce planning and organizational design
• Support leaders through change and service delivery transitions
Requirements:
• Minimum seven years in strategic HR, ideally in unionized settings
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• CPHR certification or in progress preferred
• Demonstrated ability as a trusted HR advisor
• Robust knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
