You'll guide product capabilities and architecture while enhancing operational stability in After-Sales operations. Your contributions will drive experiential improvements for our guests, working in Agile squads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Salesforce features for Guest Services
• Lead medium-sized product domains on the Service Cloud platform
• Conduct security assessments and optimize system performance




• Participate in code reviews and mentor peers collaboratively
• Own technical design for moderately complex projects
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud development
• Proficiency in Flows, Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and Aura
• Expertise in REST and SOAP API integrations
• Deep Salesforce domain knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Solid organizational and documentation abilities
