The program is designed for recent nursing graduates ready to step into their roles. Over 12 months, you will benefit from personalized training with experienced nurses and a flexible approach to build your competence. Two phases ensure you are fully supported as you transition into independent nursing practice while having access to mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient-centered nursing care services
• Support health promotion and maintenance initiatives
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for integrated care




• Teach and counsel patients and families effectively
• Ensure patient safety and well-being through careful assessment
Requirements:
• Recent nursing program graduate within 12 months
• Registration eligibility with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Experience with acute internal medicine and pulmonary patients
• Ability to pass a criminal record check
