As an Estimator, you will take charge of preparing lump sum and cost-plus estimates, ensuring all project details align with company goals. You will engage closely with subcontractors and engineers, facilitating smooth bid processes and project execution. This position also requires collaboration with various teams to align on estimation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze tender documentations
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs
• Communicate with subcontractors for pricing and inquiries
• Produce project schedules and manage handover meetings




• Assist in pricing additional work for contracts
Requirements:
• 7+ years of combined field and estimating experience
• Familiarity with infrastructure, especially sewer and road projects
• Knowledge of scheduling software and Microsoft Office
• Certification as Engineering Technologist is preferred
• Experience with Hard Dollar Estimation and SAP beneficial
