Overview

Hire, train, and assess the performance of workers. Set production goals and devise a strategy to achieve them. Maintain the production schedule. Ensure that the products meet quality standards. Produce production reports. Analyze production data to improve efficiency. Control the layout of equipment and the flow of materials. Ensure that workers and equipment meet performance and safety standards. Monitor the process for hiccups and identify opportunities to improve operations. Supervise employees and assign tasks. Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, or engineering preferred Prior experience in management or manufacturing preferred Excellent communication and organizational abilities Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities Proven leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams Manufacturing technical competencies (e.g., technical drawings, blueprints, CAD/CAM) Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other industry software Advantages / Employment Details

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 80 hours bi-weekly Shift: Day and Night shifts Experience: 4 to 5 years recommended Salary: $42.05 - $80.22 per hour
