Become a vital part of Teck's wellbeing strategy as the Employee Wellbeing Coordinator in the vibrant city of Vancouver, BC. This hybrid role focuses on coordinating initiatives for employee physical, emotional, and social wellness.
In this part time position, you'll work closely with Health & Safety, HR, and Communications teams to implement wellbeing programs. Your role involves collaborating with site leaders to enhance workplace engagement through various health initiatives. Expect to contribute approximately 20 hours weekly, driving meaningful programs that prioritize employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate monthly Wellbeing Committee meetings and maintain membership
• Manage employee wellbeing campaigns in partnership with Communications




• Conduct environmental scans for best practices and ideas
• Track engagement metrics for program assessment
• Draft internal communications related to wellbeing initiatives
Requirements:
• Over 3 years of experience in HR or wellness programming
• Education in HR, Health Promotion, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
