The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget, overseeing quality throughout the project’s lifecycle. This role coordinates cross‑functional teams, manages project risks, and ensures alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle — from initial requirements gathering and scoping to deployment and post‑implementation review. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to leadership. Estimate project resources needed to achieve project goals, including time tracking to monitor capacity and potential bottlenecks. Identify and mitigate risks proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders and manage expectations. Build, develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Support vendor management, including proposals evaluation and overseeing third‑party deliverables. Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and organizational policies. Bachelor’s degree Information Technology , Computer Science , Business, or related field. of direct project management experience managing IT or software implementation projects.

Spanish and/or Portuguese SDLC, Agile ,



and transformational projects Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills. or other process improvement methods with a track record of successful projects.

Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Ability to bring projects to successful completion through political sensitivity. Time flexibility may be required in order to meet project deadlines. Travel may be required related to project management. CAPM, CSM or other project management certifications.

Experience in cloud environments ( Azure, AWS, ServiceNow Background in cybersecurity, data analytics, or enterprise systems. Familiarity with programming languages, including web based PHP, Java, JavaScript and database and operating systems experience such as MS-SQL, Oracle, Exchange, SharePoint.
