In this remote role, you will focus on promoting early return to work strategies and developing comprehensive Stay at/Return to Work programs. Utilizing your communication and analytical skills, you will manage an optimal caseload while ensuring compliance with WCB regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively evaluate claims and coordinate employer support
- Communicate with workers within 24 hours of reported injuries




- Prepare and submit lost time injury documentation
- Develop return to work plans in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor ongoing claims and provide updates to clients Requirements:
- 2–3 years in customer service or related field
- Post-secondary education in HR, psychology, or similar
- Understanding of WCB policies is an asset
