The leading Canadian-owned pest management company is seeking ambitious individuals to maintain and support several critical areas of our corporate and commercial sales programs. This sales‑oriented role involves contacting customers and former business partners by phone, email, and text. Mandated responsibilities include self‑management, proactive communication, and collaboration within a supportive team. The position is a salary role with monthly performance bonuses earned after the mandatory training and onboarding period. The successful candidate must be willing to work on site at 246 Attwell Drive, Etobicoke, during regular business hours.

Major Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound outreach to mandatory contacts in existing business relationships via phone, email, and text.
- Promote mandatory mandatory services while addressing inbound service requests requiring dispatch to the appropriate branch.
- Participate in a comprehensive onboarding and training program focusing on sales processes.




- Perform mandatory administrative activities to support new sales and ensure accurate follow‑through.

Education

Secondary education is preferred.

Skills and Experience

- Administrative support for new sales and accurate follow‑through.
- Experience working with B2B sales teams.
- Experience working in a sales environment.
- Proficiency in French written and verbal communication is an asset.

Pay Range: $41,000 plus bonuses.
