This chance has arisen due to the impending retirement of a senior lawyer, creating the opportunity to step into an established and sophisticated practice.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will work with some of Canada's largest pension funds and institutional investors on sophisticated investment transactions across a broad range of asset classes while stepping into an established book of work. Matters include private equity, infrastructure, real estate and other alternative investments, as well as corporate/commercial transactions, investment management agreements, securities matters,



governance, and regulatory compliance.QualificationsExperience advising pension funds, investment managers, or institutional investors on complex investment transactions will be highly regarded.
