Reporting to the Manager, Capital Accounting & Reporting, you will enhance financial stewardship and governance while supporting Toronto Hydro's capital investment portfolio. Your role will involve providing critical financial analysis, forecasting, timely reporting, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. A strong focus on collaboration with project teams will enable impactful investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze capital project expenditures for compliance and classification
• Provide guidance on accounting policies to business units




• Review contracts for third-party cost recoveries
• Support month-end and year-end reporting activities
• Implement improvements to capital accounting processes
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of financial analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Actively pursuing CPA designation preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Robust analytical and communication skills
