- Plan and communicate day-to-day ticket metrics
- Support Client Cloud Infrastructure across environments
- Manage P1, P2 incidents and other complex service requests
- Conduct operational and preventive maintenance tasks
- Administer urgent change requests and remedial action Requirements:
- 5+ years in IT supporting Google Cloud projects
- Expertise in GCP and GKE workload management
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
