AutoCanada is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst in Calgary, AB (Remote). This full-time role offers a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 per year with a 10% annual bonus. The position supports staff with IT inquiries, incident logging, and first-level troubleshooting, with some on-site work required.

We value teamwork, strong communication, and reliable performance. Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL knowledge are assets, and a personal vehicle is preferred for occasional in office tasks.
