- Assist with client meeting preparations and documentation accuracy

- Act as a point of contact for client concerns
- Identify improvements in client task completion efficiency
- Support administrative activities for Mortgage Specialists Requirements:
- Previous experience in Home Equity Financing
- Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Problem-solving skills to manage competing priorities
