We are looking for a dynamic and committed Site Manager / Head Chef to oversee our food service operations in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec . What You'll Do Supervise daily kitchen operations. Assist with meal preparation when needed. Ensure excellent customer service. Manage the on-site team, including scheduling, employee onboarding, HR matters, and maintaining a positive work workplace. Monitor inventory, place orders, and prepare financial reports. Lead by example and provide hands-on leadership. Working Conditions Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off . Weekend availability may be required.
