In this role, you will report to the Manager and be responsible for direct nursing care in the Operating Room, following established protocols and CRNBC Standards. Your participation in a recognized peri-operative program will directly benefit your effectiveness and patient care quality in this rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement nursing care for surgical patients
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and standards
• Collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Set priorities and manage nursing workloads effectively




• Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the unit
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Recent experience in an operating room essential
• Physical capability to perform nursing duties
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration
• Strong organizational skills for managing tasks
