This remote role emphasizes strategic development and evolution of the internal development platform (IDP), focusing on user adoption and satisfied developers. You will play a crucial part in establishing Platform Engineering principles that enhance software delivery velocity and empower developers effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Define and evolve internal development platform architecture
- Lead a high-performing cross-functional engineering team




- Champion core Platform Engineering principles and Developer Experience (DX)
- Optimize automated CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices
- Enhance observability and security in platform design Requirements:
- 5+ years in software engineering or DevOps roles
- 2-3 years as a Platform Engineer
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure and GCP
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and CI/CD tools
