Ecommerce growth and digital spending is not slowing down. With AI ramping up and privacy issues muddying attribution data, the big winners of the next 10 years will fuse sophisticated growth with technology and business fundamentals. As SEO Manager, you'll own organic growth across a portfolio of high-performance DTC brands.
You'll lead strategy, manage client relationships, and drive execution - balancing hands-on work with oversight of an SEO Specialist who handles day-to-day delivery. You'll set the direction: building content strategies, prioritizing technical roadmaps, and deciding where to focus for maximum impact.
You'll stay close to execution - running audits, shaping content briefs, and managing link acquisition when needed. Our proprietary automation systems let you move faster and smarter than traditional agencies, but you'll need sharp judgment to deploy them effectively. You'll be the primary SEO point of contact for clients - leading regular calls, presenting strategy, and translating business goals into organic growth plans.
You'll work inside a cross-functional pod alongside Paid Media, CRO, CRM, and Growth Strategy, reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Product.
