Under the supervision of the Showroom Director, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the client in his process of choosing flooring and purchasing ceramic, porcelain, vinyl, carpets, installation products, advising them on the products that meet their needs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure comprehensive client follow-up (files, calls, emails, quotes, orders, transfers, etc.) in an efficient and professional way; Welcome clients and guide them in a personalized manner through their projects; Manage multiple files simultaneously while respecting priorities and deadlines; Contribute to achieving sales targets; Keep product knowledge and market trends up to date; Manage samples and participate in showcasing the showroom; Demonstrate autonomy, organization,
and proactivity; Collaborate within a team focused on mutual support and close collaboration. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS Be available Thursday evenings and Saturdays during the day (40 hours per week); Excellence in customer service (minimum 1 year of experience); Proficiency in the French language and an intermediate level of English are required (to support and collaborate with English-speaking clients and various stakeholders); Be recognized for their positive leadership and team spirit; Demonstrate excellent work organization and be autonomous; Training related to design, architecture or planning an asset; Knowledge of the different types of floor and wall covering an asset; Attitudes expected of an employee: Punctuality and rigor; Neat and professional appearance; Motivation and attitude favorable to business development and team spirit; Autonomy and proactivity in the management of their tasks.
