In this individual contributor role, you will guide the operational excellence program for BMO's Service Transition function. You'll ensure reliable changes to production while promoting measurable business value. Collaborate closely with the Lead Engineer on technical automation and maintain a culture of continuous improvement across transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Operational Excellence program for service transitions
• Strengthen governance frameworks for operational readiness
• Enhance KPI and metrics framework for performance tracking




• Create executive-level reporting on service transitions
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required
• 8+ years in Service Transition or Operational Readiness
• Certified ITIL/ITSM preferred
• Solid understanding of cloud ecosystems and ITIL framework
• Proven ability in leading change initiatives across teams
