This role is pivotal within the Contracts and QS team at Webuild. Reporting to the Manager - Subcontracts and Quantity Survey, you will leverage your skills to ensure accurate payment and financial tracking on significant construction works. Ideal for individuals with 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, the position requires robust analytical abilities and familiarity with construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and certify subcontractor payment applications
• Verify labour and equipment utilization reports
• Create monthly accrual cost records in STR Vision
• Liaise with multiple teams on payment discrepancies
• Maintain detailed tracking spreadsheets and reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 3-5 years as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of estimating and budgeting
• Proficient in relevant software applications
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
