As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in building and shaping TextNow team. You’ll partner with hiring managers, develop strategies to attract the best candidates, and ensure a smooth and engaging hiring process. This is an chance to make a significant impact on our organization’s growth while promoting a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews, partner with compensation team on negotiating offers with candidates, and onboarding.

Strategic Talent Acquisition: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies. Work with People and Marketing teams to promote the company’s employer brand through social media, events, and other creative initiatives.

Diversity & Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce, ensuring inclusivity in the recruitment process. Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring efforts and identify areas for improvement. 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-growing company or tech/startup environment.



Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and roles in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Familiarity with recruitment trends, labor laws, and best practices in hiring. Competitive salary and benefits package.
