- Execute MVS software installations in officer repository
- Lead software packaging and z/OS upgrades
- Coordinate ITIL incident/problem/change management
- Support disaster recovery drills and planning
- Deliver reliable 24/7 on-call assistance Requirements:
- 7+ years in z/OS programming; at least 3+ years z/Linux
- Proven disaster recovery and MVS experience
- Competency in ITIL processes
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
