Senior Manager, Business Transformation As the Senior Manager, Business Transformation, you will be joining the Business Transformation team to lead initiatives that are at the forefront of shaping and building the future of our Firm. Your role will be pivotal in delivering transformation programs focused on growth and delivering an exceptional experience for our clients and colleagues. Responsibilities Design and Enable Transformation Priorities: Operationalize transformation initiatives, aligning them with the Firm’s strategic vision. Defining key milestones and performance metrics to track progress and success. Enhancing Processes and Ways of Working: Implementing and delivering high-impact business performance improvement programs focused on driving growth and improving the experience for our clients and colleagues. Technology Partnership and Rollout: Partner with the Technology teams to deliver and implement modernized technology solutions, evolving processes and ways of working, and bringing teams together to support successful adoption. Change Management:
Working across stakeholders to drive effective adoption, integration, and reinforcement of change, inspiring colleagues to embrace new ways of working. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Leadership, Business Units, Service Lines and other National Leaders to understand the business, bring teams together, provide support, and successfully deliver outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement by monitoring and optimizing transformation strategies, processes, and technologies to drive ongoing innovation and excellence. Establish Best Practices: Design best practices and robust frameworks for successfully delivering business transformation initiatives. Exemplary Leadership: Fostering a dynamic environment and culture that champions productivity, creativity, and teamwork. Managing and coaching colleagues in a matrixed organization to achieve excellence. Executing additional duties as required with a visionary approach. Qualifications Over 7 years of progressive experience in business transformation, change management, process improvement, corporate strategy, operations, and/or consulting. Professional designations in business process improvement (ex: Six Sigma), change management, human centered design, or a CPA are highly valued. Proven ability to engage, influence, and lead colleagues at all levels of the organization through transformative changes.
Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Deep experience in project management and change management at a strategic level. Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships. Superior written and oral communication skills, including proficiency in delivering formal presentations and training at all organizational levels. Post-secondary degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics, philosophy, or related fields. Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite. Assets Experience working at a skilled services firm. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Compensation is competitive and current, with a salary range for this role of $110,000–$151,300 in Toronto. Firms hire based on background, skills, and internal equity.
