We're a passionate group of people who love collaborating on innovative and challenging projects.About this roleWe are recruiting forProject Schedulersto join theOperations Divisionat ourBurnabyhead office.TheProject Schedulerplays a key role in supporting project delivery by developing, maintaining, and optimizing construction schedules across all phases—from pre-construction to project completion. This role involves close collaboration with project teams and clients to ensure accurate planning, tracking, and reporting of resources and progress.Here’s how your role will strengthen our team.Your responsibilitiesCreate and update detailed master schedules using Oracle Primavera CloudReview client-provided schedules and provide feedback on sequencing and durationsIdentify critical path activities and recommend mitigation strategiesMonitor schedule variances and communicate impacts on cost and timelinesGenerate reports including look-ahead schedules, and resource loadingParticipate in site coordination meetings and support field teams with scheduling insightsTrain and coach team members on scheduling processes and toolsYour experience and skillsMinimum 3 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in electrical, healthcare or industrial environmentsBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent years of experience as an electrical Project Manager or Field SupervisorWorking knowledge of electrical terminology, systems,



components and equipmentKnowledge of electrical construction workflows and installation sequencesProficiency in scheduling software (experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud is an asset)Familiarity with Procore and PowerBI is an assetStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt to change and support continuous improvementAbout HouleAs BC’s leading electrical contractor and systems integrator, we believe in delivering safe, reliable power for the future.
