Our financial services client is seeking a Technical Engineering Manager (10+ years) to lead CMS, DAM implementation, and content delivery pipelines

Join a marketing technology organization delivering digital content and platform integration initiatives within the financial services industry. This role leads engineering delivery across CMS, DAM, personalization, and customer engagement platforms while managing a growing team of software engineers. The position includes ownership of DAM implementation, content migration, and cross-functional platform integration initiatives. The team supports scalable marketing technology solutions across engineering, product, marketing, and architecture functions.

6 Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 2- 3 days onsite

Must Haves

- 10+ years in software engineering , enterprise applications , and platform integration
- 2+ years leading engineering teams or technical delivery teams
- CMS , DAM , content delivery pipelines , and marketing technology implementation experience




- Solution architecture , systems integration , APIs , and cloud-based applications

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of 4-8 software engineers within the Marketing Technology portfolio
- Drive the technical design, planning, and delivery of marketing technology initiatives
- Lead the implementation and rollout of a recent Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform
- Oversee content migration activities and integration with existing digital platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build content delivery pipelines and supporting technology frameworks
- Provide architectural guidance for integrations across CMS, DAM, personalization, and customer engagement platforms
- Manage project execution, prioritization, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
