Hourly Rate: $ 30.54.

Responsibilities

1. Knowledge Syntheses and Systematic Reviews:
- Screening: Conduct screening of articles to identify relevant resources, employing defined inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Data Extraction: Extract and manage data from selected articles, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Quality Assessment: Evaluate the quality of included studies and prepare summaries of findings.

- Project Coordination:

- Planning: Assist in the planning and design of research projects, including the development of methodologies and protocols.
- Communication: Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
- Monitoring: Track project progress and ensure that milestones and objectives are met timely and efficiently.

- Writing and Documentation:

- Drafting: Assist in writing research papers, reports, and proposals, ensuring clarity, coherence, and compliance with relevant guidelines.
- Editing: Review and edit documents, making necessary revisions to enhance quality and accuracy.
- Submission: Prepare and submit manuscripts to journals, handling correspondence during the submission and review process.

- Administrative Tasks:

- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, findings, and outcomes.
- Scheduling: Organize meetings, seminars, and workshops,



managing invitations and logistics.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic reports detailing project status, challenges, and achievements.

- Data Management:

- Collection: Assist in data collection processes, ensuring ethical considerations and quality standards are upheld.
- Security: Ensure data security, confidentiality, and integrity, adhering to data management policies.

About Dr. Fontaine and the RISE³ Lab

Dr. Guillaume Fontaine, PhD, RN, is an Assistant Professor of Implementation Science at the Ingram School of Nursing at McGill University and a Principal Investigator at the Centre for Clinical Epidemiology at the Lady Davis Institute. Prof. Fontaine holds a Junior 1 Research Scholar award from the FRQS, supported by the Quebec Learning Health System Support Unit (SSA Quebec Unit). Additionally, he is a Visiting Researcher at the Kirby Institute, UNSW Sydney, and the Centre for Implementation Research at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. He serves on the editorial board of PLOS Global Public Health. Prof. Fontaine completed his clinical training and earned his PhD in health services research at the University of Montreal, where he was a Vanier Scholar of CIHR. After his PhD, Prof. Fontaine completed a CIHR Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship that included work at the University of Ottawa and UNSW Sydney.

Qualifications

- MSc in a health-related discipline (e.g., Public Health, Epidemiology, Nursing) or Social Sciences (e.g., Sociology, Psychology)
- Experience in qualitative research methods
- Experience in knowledge synthesis methods is an asset
