- Build meaningful relationships with residents
- Provide personalized care and support
- Assist with daily activities, including dining and engagement
- Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed
- Ensure residents' comfort and well-being Requirements:
- Graduate from recognized HCA/PSW program or equivalent
- Current registration with the BC Care Aide registry
- Ability to complete Vulnerable Sector Check
- Level 1 First Aid and CPR/AED Certificate
