The Resident Care

Manager, reporting to the Director of Care, oversees all aspects of resident care services. You will lead recruitment, conduct performance evaluations, and manage the resident move-in process according to AgeCare policies. Exceptional leadership and clinical skills are essential to ensure that the highest standards of care are consistently maintained. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee recruitment and orientation of care staff
- Manage performance appraisals of nursing staff
- Coordinate resident move-in and care conferences
- Ensure completion of medication reconciliation
- Assume managerial responsibilities in absence of leadership Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of provincial legislation and standards
- Experience caring for residents with Dementia
