Were a busy family of four based in Ajax, Ontario, looking for a warm and reliable nanny to help us a few hours each weekday. Our younger one is a 1-year-old baby girl curious, full of energy, and at that wonderful stage where everything is recent and exciting. Were looking for someone patient and nurturing who can give her attentive, loving care while giving my wife some much-needed breathing room during the day. Our older daughter is 5 and comes home from school in the afternoon. Shes social and loves having someone to engage with, so wed love a nanny who naturally connects with her too whether thats playing, reading, or just being present. We need help roughly 34 hours on weekdays, primarily after school hours. The role is mostly hands-on care for the baby, with some light interaction with our 5-year-old when shes home. Most importantly, were looking for someone who genuinely gels with our family someone who feels less like hired help and more like a trusted extension
