- Strategically plan and oversee the allocation of Client Service Staff (CSS)



to client engagements to ensure alignment with the firm’s strategic priorities and to meet the planned business metrics
- Through the use ofcontinuous planning activities, proactivemanagementand scheduling of resources to meet Firmutilizationtargets with primary focus on staffleverageand peak season metrics
- Build strong relationships with staff to understand career aspirations/goals, strengths, areas of opportunity to aid inallocatingmeaningful work to support personal and business objectives
- Collaboration with national resource management teamincluding;sharing of best practices, analysis of staff capacity,promoteand focus on sharing resources across the country
- Analyze standard productivity reports and provide recommendations on theappropriate actionplan or activitiesrequired(e.g.workload balancing, improvement
