Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach to lead and support large‑scale Agile and Digital Transformation initiatives across a globally distributed Digital Technology organization. The role partners with executive leadership, PMO organizations, Product and Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to drive organizational agility, scalable delivery practices, and product‑centric ways of working across multiple regions and functions.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

- Enterprise Agile Transformation
- Lead and support enterprise‑wide Agile transformation initiatives aligned to Digital Technology and business strategic priorities
- Guide the organization’s transition from project‑centric to product/service‑centric operating models
- Enable scalable Agile and Lean delivery practices across globally distributed technology organizations
- Drive Agile maturity improvements across multiple portfolios, value streams, and regional delivery teams
- Support establishment of enterprise Agile governance, transformation roadmaps, and delivery standards

- Executive & Leadership Coaching

- Coach executives, senior leaders, PMO organizations, and technology leaders on Agile leadership behaviors and organizational agility
- Facilitate executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, Quarterly Business Reviews, and transformation governance forums
- Influence leadership decision‑making around prioritization, funding, delivery models, organizational design, and capacity planning

- Agile Delivery & Team Enablement

- Coach Agile Release Trains, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Program Managers, and delivery teams across multiple geographies
- Improve planning, dependency management, flow optimization, release coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration
- Support enterprise planning cadences, including PI Planning, roadmap alignment, and portfolio synchronization activities
- Establish scalable Agile practices supporting distributed global delivery models and hybrid workforce structures

- Lean Portfolio Management & Governance

- Partner with PMO and portfolio leaders to improve demand management, prioritization frameworks, capacity and resource planning, portfolio visibility, strategic alignment, and outcome‑based governance




- Align Agile execution practices with enterprise portfolio management and delivery management platforms

- Organizational Change Management

- Drive sustainable behavioral and cultural transformation across globally distributed Digital Technology organizations
- Support development of Agile Communities of Practice, training programs, coaching strategies, and leadership enablement plans
- Partner with HR, PMO, and leadership teams to evolve Agile roles, delivery capabilities, and transformation adoption strategies

- Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

- Define and implement Agile, flow‑based, and portfolio metrics aligned to business outcomes and enterprise KPIs
- Utilize analytics and AI‑enabled insights to improve predictability, transparency, delivery performance, and operational efficiency
- Identify organizational bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvement initiatives supporting enterprise agility

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Program/Portfolio Management, PMO, Digital Transformation, or enterprise technology leadership roles
- Proven experience leading or supporting multiple Agile transformations within globally distributed Digital Technology organizations
- Strong experience operating within complex, highly matrixed global delivery environments across multiple regions and cultures
- 5+ years of experience coaching leadership teams, Agile organizations, and enterprise delivery functions
- Deep understanding of Agile, Secure, Lean, Product Operating Models, Hybrid, and traditional delivery methodologies
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives involving PMOs, Product Management, Engineering, Infrastructure, Data & AI, or Digital Operations organizations
- Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational influence skills
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise delivery and portfolio management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Planview, Jira Align, ServiceNow, SPM, Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within Aerospace & Defense, Manufacturing,



Financial Services, Telecommunications, or other regulated industries
- Experience supporting Product Operating Model and Lean Portfolio Management transformations
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled delivery management, flow analytics, and digital transformation modernization initiatives
- SAFe Program Consultant, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or related certifications
- Experience supporting offshore/onshore delivery models and global capability center organizations
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred for Montreal‑based environments
