What You'll Architect
Lead enterprise AI discovery initiatives through executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross‑functional assessments that uncover high‑value opportunities
Architect AI maturity assessments across strategy, architecture, tooling, literacy, governance, organizational readiness, security, and compliance
Prioritize and sequence AI initiatives using structured value × feasibility × complexity frameworks that create fundable, multi‑horizon transformation roadmaps
Design target‑state architectures for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, including multi‑agent workflows, RAG pipelines, tool/function calling, memory management, guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop orchestration
Evaluate technical feasibility and align each opportunity with the most appropriate technologies already available within the client's ecosystem
Develop AI governance models, Responsible AI frameworks, and operating models that balance innovation, adoption, and enterprise control
Translate complex architectural decisions into executive narratives that enable confident business investment and organizational alignment
Contribute to pre‑sales engagements, strategic solutioning, and AI advisory initiatives across North America
Mentor consultants and engineers while defining reusable methodologies, architectural standards, and best practices for the AI Advisory practice
Continuously evaluate emerging models, frameworks, MCP capabilities, agent protocols, and governance trends, bringing practical innovation back to clients and internal teams

Qualifications / Certifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
7+ years of experience in AI, Data, Software Engineering, or Solution Architecture, including at least 2 years working with Generative AI or Agentic AI initiatives
Proven consulting or client‑facing experience leading strategic technology transformations
AWS AI/ML, AWS Solutions Architect, Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft AI, Azure AI, or equivalent certifications are considered an asset
Technical Skills
Hands‑on experience designing and implementing AI agents, multi‑agent systems, RAG architectures, tool/function calling, guardrails, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent
Practical expertise using Anthropic Claude and Microsoft Copilot ecosystems, including Claude Projects, Claude Skills, MCP, Copilot, and Copilot Studio
Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent cloud‑native AI services
Solid understanding of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), including embeddings, chunking strategies, semantic and hybrid search, reranking, vector databases, and evaluation methodologies
Experience leading AI discovery sessions, executive workshops, business process assessments, and structured opportunity mapping
Ability to build AI strategies, business cases, value hypotheses, and prioritization frameworks that support executive decision‑making
Strong Python development skills and software engineering fundamentals, including APIs, services, testing, and version control
Proven ability to evaluate AI platforms objectively and design architectures that balance technical excellence with measurable business value
Nice‑to‑haves
Experience designing enterprise AI governance frameworks, Responsible AI programs, and AI operating models (CoE / Core + Edge)
Familiarity with AI maturity assessment methodologies and benchmarking frameworks
Experience comparing and integrating multiple agent platforms within unified enterprise architectures
Knowledge of regulatory and privacy frameworks such as GDPR and the EU AI Act
Exposure to React or contemporary frontend frameworks for AI copilots and interactive demonstrations
Experience mentoring engineers or scaling AI consulting practices

Compensation The expected base compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 CAD, depending on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This salary range is provided as a guideline and may be adjusted for the selected candidate.
