In this position, you will align your education and experience as a Master of Nursing – Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner with your passion for patient care. You will assess and manage the wellness of patients while employing strong communication and conflict resolution skills to enhance care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage patient care effectively with a multidisciplinary approach
• Lead health promotion initiatives for patients and communities
• Maintain competence in health assessment and diagnosis
• Order, interpret,
and manage diagnostic tests and treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal care
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Nursing – Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner
• A minimum of four years nursing experience in relevant areas
• Registered to practice as Nurse Practitioner in valuable standing
• Active member of the Nurse Practitioners’ Association of Ontario
• Strong knowledge of health and social systems
