Our solutions range from devices that measure and relay diverse physical and chemical conditions, devices that control flow of materials, networks that transmit event-related information, to process control systems that collect information and trigger necessary actions to ensure continued operations.Role OverviewThe Quality Assurance Manager – Nuclear & Regulated Programs is responsible for the oversight and performance of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance across regulated and high-risk work. Acting as a senior technical authority, this role leads audit strategy, quality governance, and supplier oversight, while ensuring alignment with Corporate Compliance and broader operational standards.Please note:This is an individual contributor role and does not include people management responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with codes, standards, and customer requirementsDefine QA policies, procedures, and standards; guide Compliance Operations and QC on executionLead NCR and CAPA processes, including requirements, reviews, investigations,



and corrective actionsIdentify systemic quality issues through data analysis and elevate risks to leadershipDevelop and manage internal audit programs; ensure audit readiness across teamsLead external audits and act as the primary QA representativeEstablish supplier qualification requirements and support supplier quality reviews and auditsProvide technical QA oversight for inspections and ITPs, ensuring compliance with standardsEnsure traceability, document integrity, and revision control requirements are metContribute QA insights to management reviews to assess system effectivenessDrive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancementsDefine and oversee requirements for NCR tracking, audits, and document controlEstablish QA data requirements, KPIs, and reporting to support decision-making and auditsDefine inspection standards and support resolution of quality issuesReport QA performance, risks, and improvements to the Manager, Corporate ComplianceLead QA function within the compliance model, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectivesAct as the technical authority for QA, providing direction, coaching, and oversight to QA team membersSupport resolution of complex quality and compliance issues across the organizationKnowledge and Skills RequiredUniversity degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline10+ years of experience in regulated or high-risk quality environmentsStrong knowledge of CSA N299 / N285, ISO 9001, and ASME / Nuclear quality standardsDemonstrated experience in: Quality system management, internal and external audits, supplier qualification and oversightStrong analytical, decision-making,
